Abstract
The second edition of C.H. Beck's great commentary on the Code of Civil Procedure brings an updated and expanded interpretation of the provisions of this fundamental procedural code.
The commentary contains a clear and detailed treatment of the issues contained in the Code of Civil Procedure and is also supplemented by updated case law.
