Integration of Ukrainian refugee children in the Czech Republic: challenges, experiences, preliminary research results
Abstract
The workshop brought together practitioners and academics who deal with the issues of integration of children of Ukrainian refugees into the Czech school system. It exposed several levels of tackling the problem: legal and institutional framework devised at the state level; third sector and private civic initiatives; and ad hoc decisions on the school level.
Academics from the Czech Republic and Ukraine shared their research insights and preliminary results.
