Abstract
The immediate use of relief devices is one of the essential measures in the treatment of diabetic foot syndrome (DFS), including treatment of diabetic ulcers in all stages. The main problem it is not always in the quality of relief aids, but mainly in their insufficient use by all providers of this care and thus also in accessibility for the patient.
