Abstract
Basic part of complex treatment of diabetic syndrome legs (SDN) should be adequately selected for weight-bearing treatment.
A whole range of techniques can be used in the treatment of patients with SDN relief aids - from the simplest and less effective especially serial aids, among which we include e.g. postoperative relief shoes (so-called half shoes; or mass-produced low or high braces up to to individual tools made directly "to measure". Their degree of stabilization and relief should be according to a number of studies higher.
