Disagreements of parents on the basic education of the child: how to solve them?

Abstract

The article analyses a current and increasingly widespread problem: parents, typically after the breakdown of their marriage, disagree on which primary school their child should attend. The article discusses the procedural procedures in the event that a difference of opinion between the parents is found.
