The provisions of the Insolvency Act applicable to objectionable legal proceedings, the ineffectiveness of which the insolvency administrator must plead with a lawsuit, include in particular §§ 235 to 242, § 111(3) and 248(2) of the Insolvency Act. The consequence of the ineffectiveness of the legal action is that the obliged person must issue the debtor's performance from the ineffective legal action or equivalent compensation in the property, if it is not possible to issue the original performance.
