Abstract

This is a case study of an old manuscript which records life episodes of a Tibetan princess who lived in the 7th century. There are very few references about her in Tibetan literature.

Therefore, this paper has shed light on the only longer document about this female member of the Tibetan royal family. The case study was published in a peer reviewed journal by one of the leading publishing houses on Tibetology in China.
