Abstract
The article focuses on convicted foreigners in Czech prisons. The first chapter briefly presents the Prison Service of the Czech Republic and its tasks.
The second chapter presents foreigners as a specific group of convicts. In the final chapter, the author presents a small analysis of the data, which maps the development of not only convicted but also accused foreigners who are placed in Czech prisons.
