The manuscript is focused on the description of sporangia and in situ spores of the early land plant Tichavekia grandis Pšenička et al. from Přídolí of the Barrandian area, The spores are characterized as trilete with equatorial crassitude and microgranulate to microspinate sculpturing of proximal surface. Based on palynological comparisons, is is suggested this may represent a new spore taxon.
