General issues of anti-corru[tion mechanizms as a way to preserve economic security

Abstrakt

The proposed article discusses the application of anti-corruption mechanisms to preserve state security. The experience of Kyrgyzstan and foreign countries shows how actively the fight against this crime continues.

The essence of corruption, its criminal motives are studied, and a comparative legal analysis of the EU and Asian countries is carried out.
