Abstract
The presented text mainly deals with practical, but also legal aspects of restoration of the original rural nature and landscape in the cadastral territory of Vinaře, Kutná Hora district, Central Bohemia region. The article first briefly outlines the development over time of the creation and application of individual measures to support biodiversity.
The following are passages focused on three main areas of concrete measures - the first part focuses mainly grasses, flower meadows and forests, the second part is devoted to linear tree-planting and landscape orchards, and the third part deals with water. The view of the future closes.
