Semimembranosus muscle tear masquerading as a hypervascular tumor: ultrasonographic differential diagnosis for gluteal pain syndrome

Abstract

During speed walking three months ago, a 32-yearold female had experienced a sudden onset of right inferior gluteal pain which had worsened and started to cause limping. Case report.
