Quality assessment of volume reconstructions in Single Particle Analysis

Abstrakt

This presentation focused on discrete inverse problems arising in volume reconstruction in

Cryo-electron microscopy single-particle analysis (SPA). It presented an overview of existing techniques for evaluation of the quality of the computed approximate solutions.
