Nature Conservation and Landscape Protection Including the Natura 2000 Network in the Czech Legal System

Abstract

The article deals with the general and special nature and biodiversity protection in the Czech Republic. It describes the current legislation in this field and draws the attention to its non-conformity with the relative European legislation.
