Abstract
I am a math and physics teacher for high school. I am always looking for a way to actively involve as many students as possible in the learning process and to not let the more motivated and gifted ones fall by the wayside.
One of the ways I am currently trying is the use of so-called mentors. Here are the first results of the practice.
