Recodification Thursdays or over the draft of the new Criminal Procedure Code I

Abstract

The article summarizes the course of the first three recodification Thursdays (Concept; Basic Principles of Criminal Procedure, Subjects of Criminal Procedure), which were organized by the Department of Criminal Law of the Faculty of Law of Charles University from October 2022 to May 2023.
