Abstrakt
Presentation of the project to create a new "Contrastive Grammar" - an exercise book for Czech learners and teachers, focusing on grammatical topics whose acquisition is likely to be influenced by the effects of transfer (positive or negative) from Czech (but also from English, the L2 of most learners). The book is prepared in cooperation with prof.
Jean-Claude Béacco, who has already published this type of exercise book for English, for example (Béacco di Giura, Béacco, Huw & Wagle 2015). Workshop content: (1) presentation of the project, (2) work on practical contrastive sheets, (3) discussion on the topics and types of exercises that such a manual should include in the Czech context.
