Abstract
The article is divided into three parts. The first and main part of artickle is about the implementation of 'PIF' Convention ( the Convetion on the Protection of the European Communities Financial Interests ) in the Czech republic.
The second part of article is about priority of the Community institutions in the fight against fraud and other illegal activities affecting the finacial interests of the Community and about the European Anti-Fraud Ofiice (OLAF) its role and mission in protection of it. The third part of artickle gives a brief information about Anti-Fraud Coordination Service (AFCOS) in the Czech republic
