Existing amendments of the Law on Constitutional Court and their Influence on the Concept of the Law

Abstract

The study deals with the changes of legal regulation of the constitutional judiciary. The first part describes constitutional amendments (including unsuccesful projects), the second part brings annotated review of existing amendments of the Law on Constitutional Court.
