B-Matrices and Doubly B-Matrices in the Interval Setting

Abstract

In this paper we focus on generalizing B-matrices and doubly B-matrices into interval setting, including some results regarding these classes. By interval B-matrix, or doubly B-matrix we understand such an interval matrix, whose all instances are B-matrices, or doubly B-matrices respectively.

We derive mainly means of recognition for their interval variants, such as characterizations, necessary conditions and sufficient ones.
