Abstract

The study analyzes the memoires written by professor of Civil Law, Law Faculty, Charles university Prague JUDr. Jan Krčmář.

It is focused not only on his role of university teacher, researcher, expert of various ministries of new Czechoslovak state and minister of education but also on his personal life.
