Essay focuses on theoretical notion of ?public belief? in law and explains it in detail. Author emphasizes the fact that the notion of ?public belief? is not connected with (public) deeds only, but is used in more general context as well when exercising ones public authority.
In this general context, author explains grounds of ?public belief? and shows the relation between ?public belief? in exercising public authority and the responsibility for incorrect official practice.
