Abstract
The text analyses the existing practice of the Minister of Justice requesting information on criminal proceedings from prosecutors as law enforcement authorities. In addition to an analysis in terms of the statutory text, the analysis also includes an analysis in terms of the principles of constitutional law, which take into account the position of the actors in terms of the principles of separation of powers.
