Acquiring of ownership 'solo consensu', in accordance with the Civil Code

Abstract

The author explores and examines the legal regulations of aquiring ownership, which is contrary to Czech law, based upon the consensual principle. He has chosen an example from France where the legal principle of acquiring ownership was first established in the Civil Code of 1804.
