Are there still gaps in understanding of the General Civil Code and their applicability in the Czech Republic? (Legal and historical considerations)

Abstract

Considering the draft of the new Civil Code of the Czech Republic this article designates certain areas of the Austrian General Civil Code (ABGB) which have not been sufficiently analysed and understood with respect to their applicability in the territory of the today´s Czech Republic before 1950.
