Abstract
Paper deals with the elements of the remedies in plea bargaining and the specific remedies in relation to plea bargaining. The inability to appeal against an approved plea bargain, if there has been a serious violation of the norms of criminal procedure in the previous proceedings, is found to be problematic.
The paper also analyses the possibility of concluding a plea bargain on appeal.
