The paper focuses on issues such as interdisciplinary cooperation known as Cochem practice or the Cochem model. By its nature, this is one of the alternative ways of resolving parental conflict, which can take place both before and during the court proceedings themselves.
This is a solution based on the cooperation of the professions involved in divorce proceedings, which is now gradually being introduced in some Czech courts. The aim of the paper is to find out the results of the first application attempts, on the basis of which it would be possible to determine the possibilities of a more extensive application of the presented model within the Czech judicial practice.
