General issues of remedial measures in civil litigation in Germany

Abstract

The article is the comparison of the general issues of civil appeals proceedings in the Federal Republic of Germany and the Czech Republic. Right of appeal (the right for a remedy) is not constitutional in both states, respectively fundamental right.
