Abstract
Effects of homogenization, extrusion and post extrusion swaging on mechanical properties including strength differential (anisotropy of yield stress under tension and compression loading) were determined. The results were interpreted on the basis of microstructure and texture evolution using optical microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and x-ray texture analysis.
