Abstract
An analysis of the low-temperature specific heat of selected nitrides (Cr3GaN, GaN and InN) and niobates (CaNb2O6, Ca2Nb2O7 and Sr2Nb2O7) is presented. The low-temperature specific heat is considered as a sum of electronic and phonon contributions.
