Structure differences between protein crystals and solution structures monitored by Raman spectroscopy

Abstract

Here we illustrate, on several examples, the new method for distinguishing differences of protein structures in crystals, DCDR samples and solution, which leads to improving of X-ray structures by molecular modelling based on information from Raman spectroscopy.
