Creep fracture and grain structure of pure ECAP aluminium and copper (Article No. T17.012)

Abstract

The effect of ECAP pressing technology on the creep damage and fracture and grain structure of originally coarse-grained pure aluminium and copper was examined.It was found that the grain structure and creep life strongly vary with the number of ECAP passes.
