Cisplatin to DNA Binding Kinetics Monitored by Raman Spectroscopy

Abstract

Raman spectroscopy was employed to monitor kinetics of cisplatin binding to model DNA. Using factor analysis for data treatment, formation of cisplatin monofunctional and bifunctional adducts with guanines was distinguished.
