Abstract

Morphological properties of composite films consisting of individual metal particles in a dielectric matrix were studied by computer experiment. In this experiment the simulated composite films were prepared by hard-sphere and soft-sphere models, the images of these films were analyzed by the Voronoi tessellation and covariance function morphological methods and the anisotropy of composite structures was discussed
