Structural analysis of the extrinsic PsbP protein of PSII from Spinacea oleracea by X-ray crystallography, Raman spectrosocpy and bioinformatics

Abstract

The structure of recombinant protein PsbP of the oxygen-evolving complex from Spinacea oleracea was determined at a 1.98 A resolution by X-ray crystallography and unresolved parts further were refined using the data from Raman and FTIR spectroscopy.
