TIMSS 1999 Vide Study - How science is taught in different countries

Abstract

The article deals with the science part of TIMSS 1999 Video Study, which is a part of Third International Mathematics and Science Study TIMSS. There were analysed and interpreted videotaped science lessons from 5 countries in the Video Study.

The article gives basic information about goals and course of the research and there are also some selected results.
