A note on a paper by E. Khorram and A. Ghodousian

Abstract

The aim of the paper is to point out on a short numerical example that one of the two algorithms proposed in the mentioned paper by E. Khoram and A.

Ghodousian may not lead to the optimal solution of the given problem.
