Questions in the proceedings before the arbitrators

Abstract

The author analyzes the Act No.216/1994 Coll. on arbitration and enforcement of arbitral awards, which set aside the barriers especially businessmen confer jurisdiction to hear disputes arising in domestic arbitrators.
