Abstract
Author comments cited the High Court in Prague, which paralyze the decision-making in the grounds of an arbitrator, and considers it a breakthrough. Arbitration, which means the waiver of jurisdiction with all the benefits and pitfalls of appeals can not dispense with principles of due process, as expressed in particular equality of parties before the court and therefore before the arbitrator.
