Mothers? awareness of child motoric development until bipeadal period is achieved

Abstract

The motor development during the first year of life is discussed. The authors prepared a questionnaire, which filled in 253 mothers, who wrote about their experiences with 324 children.

The mothers´customs during child care were investigated as well as mothers´ ideas of motoric development of chi ld during the first year. The questions were specialized to usage of baby walkers or helping children to walk.
