Abstrakt
The rakton of king Marobud to his predecessors in Cenral Europe and to his mighty neighbour in the south - the Roman empire under Augustsand Tiberius. His polcy in relation to his Germanic neighbours is also analysed and conclusion made.: in the very dffcult position given by his neighbours the king was succesful for more than twenty years.
