The list of library of the Cistercian Abbey of Ossegg from the year 1580

Abstrakt

The article draws the attention on the yet unknown list of books of the Cistercian abbey of Osek, created in the connection with the temporary secularisation of the monastery in 1580. On the base of the list it tries a reconstruction of the intellectual horizon of the monks in the 16th century.
