Teacher cooperation: from bigger to less unknown

Abstract

Our focus in the text is on the staff development in cooperation and coopeartive skills. The standpoint of educator in teacher training is given in the text. The theoretical framework and three empirical samples are presented based on projects for teacher training in cooperation. The projects concerning implementation od personal and social education, mutual assistance teams and evaluation of quality in education run by group methods are analysed.

As a conclusion discussion on research approaches is exposed, especially on those which could give a deeper insight into teachers learning in collegial cooperation.
