Lexicographic synonyms, co-occurrence profiles and corpus-based equivalencing of German abstracts

Abstract

Monolingual German dictionaries offer formally uniform lexicographic synonyms. This fact makes finding Czech equivalents harder.

Translation can be achieved by using new corpus tools which identify clusters and hierarchized German synonyms.
