Abstract
The article introduces to Czech readers renowned Hogan´s methods, which are recently used also in our country. We are describing three basic methods - Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS) and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) and we compare them to other widely used methods.
