Abstract
The conference "Great Britain and the World in the 18th-20th Centuries" is the first result of the beginning cooperation between the Metropolitan University Prague and the Institut of World History, Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague. The Contributions of the conferees were divided to two sections - Britain and Europe and Britain and Empire-, and they appeared in the conference proceedings.
