Evaluative linguistic means in the Totalitarian Language in the Former Czechoslovakia - the period between 1948 and 1986 (the most frequented Adjectives)

Abstract

The language of the totalitarien period puts a strong emphasis on the evaluative attitudes. To this end, a big variety of different adjectives is used.

This article shows the most frequent adjectives and how they function in this language.
