Czech and Polish raising/control with or without structure sharing

Abstract

Contrary to theoretical assumptions, PRO as controlled subject of embedded predicates sometimes shares morphological categories with the controller. The proposed analysis in HPSG reflects the largely empirical nature of the phenomenon.
