The aim of the present study was to focus on the possibilities of using video training of interactions (VTI) to the development of social skills of a teacher and at length qualitatively describe following interactions and the way of intervention to a work of a teacher. The study describes the theoretical basis of VTI and the background to its use in schools as part of an evaluation of its implementation within a variety of educational contexts.
The aim also was to read an effect of the development of social skills of teachers on an effectiveness of teaching and social development of pupils, evaluation and self-evaluation of teachers. Results suggest that this provides a valuable opportunity for personal, professional and social development for both teachers and pupils across a range of contexts.
