Abstract
Article describes the results of ad hoc study on professional self-realization of psychology graduates at Charles University in Prague. It is a ten year longitudinal study of around 15% of graduates.
We had seen a tendency to move from prefered at graduation field of clinical psychology towards work and organizational psychology and other trends. These trends are important from a standpoint of profesional education of psychologists.
